Drag-cradles are the standard way in which the Plainsmen transport those unable to walk or ride an aquar as well as carrying any kind of baggage. Essentially it is a stretcher one end of which is attached to a saddle-chair: the other which drags along the ground. Find pictures of a model I made of a drag-cradle here.
